Woo Wonjae is really a marvel on “Black Out.” Don’t let the latency of his delivery fool you. There’s so much soul, so much emotion on this album. “USED TO” is obviously a work of pure art. Harkening back to some of Tyler’s most introspective, most emotionally taxing musical offerings. But beyond that, Woo expresses a depth of emotion that isn’t often present in much of the rap music coming from South Korea.
