Back in August, Unbound Entertainment Group announced that singer-songwriter JAMIE will be embarking on her first solo tour of North America: the One Bad Night tour.
Many will remember JAMIE as the inaugural winner of talent survival show K-Pop Star. Others will remember her as part of the powerhouse vocal duo 15&. Still many will recall her antics as a co-host on After School Club with Eric Nam and former Day6 member Jae. However, first and foremost, JAMIE is a dynamic vocalist with an incredible ability to translate her honest thoughts into pop songs that everyone can relate to. She's used her skills to craft two critically acclaimed EPs, 2016's 19 to 20 and 2018's jiminxjamie, both under the JYP label. Now as a featured artist for Warner Music Korea, she's become one of the most sought-after vocal talents in the country and abroad. Her list of collaborators is extensive and impressive. She's worked with likes of Jay Park, Changmo, Simon Dominic and, of course, Eric Nam, to name just a few. Last year, she added her vocals to the blockbuster collaboration between superstars Saweetie and Doja Cat, the "Best Friend" remix. The single garnered over 13 million plays on Spotify and cemented JAMIE as a force in the industry.
Set to begin in L.A. on Oct. 10, the One Bad Night tour comes in conjunction with the release of her first EP in four years. According to a representative at UEG, "Fresh off her recent chart-topping hit 'Pity Party,' the K-pop star will be visiting seven cities with a new EP on the way."
Looking ahead to the tour, JAMIE exudes enthusiasm. “I’m so excited to see my North American fans face-to-face for the first time! I hope that Baby J’s are ready!”
The tour will take place over two weeks and seven stops throughout the States and Canada. General tickets are currently on sale at the UEG website or MODO LIVE.
